For your security, high value orders will require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

For security reasons, we ship to billing addresses only.
For your protection, Aurumdiamonds.com insures and registers all items for their full value. Currently all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address and a signature is required. Aurumdiamonds.com does not ship to P.O. Box addresses and requires an adult to sign for the package.

All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you'd like to cancel or change an AurumDiamonds.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your AurumDiamonds.com order number or call 1-866-287-8604, as soon as possible.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to AurumDiamonds.com according to our return policy.
